After being in an accident, I was dreading having to get work done on my car. When I first brought my car here the staff was friendly and made sure I was aware of the process. They told me they weren't going to be able to get me in until the end of November, which at the time was like an entire month away. I was able to drop my car off ahead of time, as the damage was making my car un-drivable... but they were able to complete my car in like 3 business days after dropping off, and it looks better than new
The parking lot for the one on Watson Road is very small hard to turn around.
Had a very good experience using both Abra as well as the State Farm inspection site at the same location. Very professional, although appointments were very hard to come by in Nov-Dec.
Still trying to figure out how two other estimates I received were between 502-600 and their estimate was well over 1,000.
